1. Introduction

Fruitful SLP ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our virtual group therapy platform.

2. No Student Identity

Fruitful SLP never asks for, stores or transmits a student's name, photo, voice, login or any other identifier. Students appear only as the letters A to F inside a group that you name after a fruit. What we keep for each letter is what you enter to run a session: a grade level, the speech or language objectives being worked on, and whether that player is switched on for the day. During a game we keep, for that session only, a running count for each letter of answers marked correct, incorrect or passed, the game's own state such as scores and board positions, and a list of the exercises shown so they are not repeated. With tracking switched off, no answers are counted. We keep no turn-by-turn record, and each session's record is deleted automatically about 90 days after it starts. None of this is linked to a child, and there are no student accounts and no student-facing devices. You run the game from your own browser and share your screen.

Because we hold no student record, there is nothing for a student, parent or school to request from us and nothing we could disclose. Fruitful SLP is designed so that we never hold education records under FERPA or similar laws. You remain responsible for how you use any tool with your students, and we recommend checking with your district if you have questions.

3. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide when creating an account, such as your name and email address. We also collect usage data to improve the Service, such as feature usage and session analytics, none of which includes student information.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your account information to provide the Service, process payments, and communicate with you. We use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our platform and develop new features.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Our infrastructure uses encryption in transit and at rest.

6. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for authentication, payment processing, and hosting. These providers have their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
